Happy B-day Jim!

Well on Friday the 13th was Jim's birthday! Yeah! Happy Birthday sweetheart! We had a great weekend! Mom and Dad took the kids over night and we went to dinner and a movie and did some shopping. It was so fun! It was weird cause we have kids, but they weren't there, and it was really quiet!

Then we had cake and ice cream on Saturday night with the kids. They decorated the cake haha! I have to admit I was a little worried with how his birthday fell this year, Friday the 13th and with how my birthday weekend went and the accidents Jim has been in in the last 6 months I was thinking please let everything go smoothly with NO injuries! It did and we all had a great time! We love Ya!

Well we had a great Christmas as always! It was way busy and crazy and we drove all over, but it was worth it. We had Christmas here in Layton and then drove up to my parents house for Christmas breakfast. We were able to go to other family parties and see family we haven't seen for awhile.

It was fun playing games and spending time with my brother and sisters and their spouses too! They all live far away and we never get to see them anymore. After Christmas we drove down to St. George to spend time with the West's and Jim's family. We had a good time, his sisters are always full of fun and we were glad we got to see them and spend time with them too! We enjoyed the Christmas season and are grateful for our many blessings! We hope you all had a great season too!

Well we had a good Halloween this year. It was a lot different than we have had in the past. Usually we are in St. George and have warm weather and lots of parties and cousins. This year it was a pretty quiet month. For Halloween we had a trunk or treat at our church. Jim had school and Mom came down to hang out with us. We got a pizza shaped like a pumpkin for dinner and then went to the trunk or treat. I took the girls to a couple of houses on our street and then we came back and made caramel apples with the girls. Kylee and Brinkley enjoyed handing out the candy at our house I think as much as getting it. W carved our pumpkins the Monday before Halloween. Mom and I dressed up as witches. Kylee was Ariel she was so excited to be her and wanted her hair RED just like Ariels. Brinkley was Tinker Bell and she was great fairie. we had so much glitter thanks to her Dad's help that she looked like she had pixie dust all over her! Tanner was the cutest firefighter I have ever seen. He thought his hat was way cool! He started crying when he saw Grandma dressed as a witch , and me too, he didn't like us dressed up. It was funny. Happy Halloween!

Dino Park

Over the 24th of July my sister Jenny and her family were up visiting at my Moms. We were able to do some fun things. We went to the Ogden parade and rodeo. We also had a picnic and went to the Dinasaur Park. The kids loved seeing cousins and going to see the Dinasaurs. We had a good time!

Happy 4th of July! I loved the month of July! The 4th and the 24th! So much fun! Well we decided to go to St. George for The 4th, Jim has finished the huge Huntsman Cancer Center Job and is in between for a little while. So Jerry had work he needed help for so it was a working fun trip. We were there for 10 days! We got to see lots of family and friends, usually its always a rushed trip! So we went to Bloomington days and they had a train ride, bubble gum chewing, hula hoops, and rockets blast offs. The girls had a great time! Grandpa and Grandma Miller were with us for the holiday so we had breakfast at the park and then all the festivites!

Then that night we watched the fireworks in the Sun bowl with the live band! I love that and the patriotic music with the fireworks it was great! Tanner and Brinkley didn't think so though... grandpa covered Brinkley's ears the whole time so she could enjoy them, and Tanner I was comforting him with the BOOMS BOOMS!

One of the nights we went up to Enterprise and had dinner with our friend Curt and Amy Niederhauser. Their kids have a little dirt bike with training wheels that our girls thought were sooo cool! So after borrowing Gabe's clothes Kylee got suited up for her first dirt bike ride ... without assistance! She kit the throttle and took off and all you could see is Jim chasing after her in his flip flops! LOL! She picked it up fast, a girl just like her Daddy! Then Brinkley wanted a turn but she didn't want to have to wear the "ugly" boy clothes. So Daddy got a ride on the back with her. We had a great trip and enjoyed seeing all the cousins and friends! We love America!

DISNEYLAND!

Well we have been trying to go to Disneyland for the last couple of months and Jim's work schedule was soo crazy that we couldn't fit in a vacation. So he finished up the Huntsman Cancer center that he has been running and has break before the next job starts. So he called me last Wednesday and said lets get packed up we are going to Disneyland! The kids had swim lessons for the next 2 weeks so I called my Mom to see if she could watch Tanner if we could go last weekend,

So we packed our things and bought tickets and made reservations in the car! We got 3 day hopper passes and went to both Disneyland and California Adventure. The girls were in Heaven!! The weather was awesome! Mostly cloud cover which we were grateful for so we didn't burn up all day! It was pretty crowded we timed the big rides just right to where we didn't have to wait long to get on. We rode a ton of rides between the 3 days. We got to watch the Disney Parade, which was sooo fun and colorful. The girls loved it cause they got to see all the characters and we didn't have to chase them down. At night we watched the firework show over the Castle and Tinker Bell flying over it too. We also watched the World of Color light and Water show at California Adventure which was really neat too. We walked and walked all over! The girls were defiantly worn out by the third day! At one point they sat on Jim's feet as we slowly moved through the line! I think Disneyland is really the happiest place on earth... our kids couldn't stop smiling and Jim and I had sooooo much fun which them. We kept asking them what their favorite ride was and they always said everything! We loved it all. Sorry Mr. Tanner next time you will get to go! We missed our little buddy like crazy! We knew he was in good hands and it would have been crazy in the heat and lines with him with us. Next time buddy! The girls are already scheming on how to get us back again! Oh and of course we couldn't not say Hi to Mickey Mouse! The girls thought this was soo cool. He kissed Kylee's nose and gave Brinkley a hug and the just giggled and giggled! Tooo fun! They wore their first timer pins proudly! What a fun Trip!

Happy Birthday Brinkley! Brinkley turned 4 last week on June 9th.
She had an awesome birthday! We went boweling with grandma and Grandpa, and Casey and Ashley.

She was a great bowler! She loved it. Then we came back and had her party. We had just her on little friend over Hallie Kellett, Scott and Kelset came too. It was fun.

Brinkley wanted to wear her BEAUTIFUL princess dress ad crown the whole time. For her party she opened presants and we had cake and ice cream... all Princess of course!

She got lots of cute clothes! Barbies, a guitar, bug catching things ( for her potatoe bugs), and Casey and Ash got her a way cute baseball and mit that is pink and purple.. her favorite colors!

She is soo funny! It was fun to see how excited she was to open everything.

Easter

Well we had a great Easter this year! My sisters came into town and Casey and Ashley came up and we were all together. On Friday we colored Easter eggs at my house and had a BBQ. Then on Saturday we had an egg hunt for the kids at Lomand view park. Then on Sunday we went to church and I think this is the first year that my kids actually understood and remembered Christ resurrection. So that was great! My girls were so excited Grandma made them new dresses at special request!(I know I have the most talented mom!) They looked beautiful! It was funny having all the kids together!

Wow it has been forever since I've updated. You know every time my blog has a huge space it most likely because we are moving again and I am crazy busy! Well as you know my husband is a General Contractor and since there is like no work that is the reason we have moved a lot. So we were in Arizona and Jim started commuting to Pocatello Id for a hospital that he was dry walling on a commercial job. I was getting ready to have my baby so I stayed with Jim's sister Kari in Gilbert for 6 weeks. Than we stayed with my Mom and Dad, just the kids and I while Jim finished up the hospital in Pocatello. We didn't want to move our family for a month and then move again. We knew he would be going to Salt Lake at the Huntsman Cancer center. So we had Tanner James West on September 3rd. 2010 in Gilbert AZ. He was born 2 days after Kylee's bday. Jim barely made the delivery with 30 mins before the delivery. We moved to Layton in November, and Jim has been working in SLC. It has been nice to be back in Northern Utah. We have never lived here in our marriage. We blessed Tanner in our new ward on Dec. 5th. We had a great Christmas! We had our own Christmas this year at our house and than after wards went up to my Mom and Dads house. I thought I would just do like 1 picture of everything so its kinda crazy but oh well. Here is a picture of my cute reindeer!
After Christmas we decided to go to visit Jim's side of the family back in St. George. We had a really fun weekend at Jerry and Lisa's house. There was a lot of family from Arizona and Idaho that we don't get to see very often and we had lots of fun. We hope that 2010 treated you all well and that you had a good Christmas season. It was my intent to get out Christmas cars, but it didn't happen... surprise lol. Well we are excited for 2011 and the good things it will bring for our family. Happy New year to all!

Lake Powell!

Well we went to Lake Powell last week for a couple of days. We went with Jim's sister Kari and her family and his brother Jerry and there family.

We went to Paige and stayed for three days. Each day we would go to a different part of the lake, and play, have lunch on the beach and play some more!

Since I am almost 8 months pregnant, I just stayed in the boat and enjoyed the ride. Jim and the cousins would take turns with the girls on the tube!

My girls are such thrill seekers, they loved the boat and the tube rides!

After wards we went on to St. George for a couple of days, for our nephew Wesley's wedding.

The wedding was nice, and we had a good trip. By the end we were will ready to come home, we had been gone for 6 days. While we were at Jerry and Lisa's and the lake Rachel had the flu and the whole house got it! yuck! So it wasn't fun when all the kids started throwing up! Then it spread throughout all the West family. I think there was like 20 people who ended up getting it! Brinkley got it on the ride home in the truck, so right when we thought the adventure was over suprise!
Jenny my sister is looking for houses in Dammeron Valley and St. George area, so she and the boys and my mom came down for the weekend too. So we got to see cousins on both sides. My kids sure love their cousins!
Overall it was a good trip, we had a blast at the lake and enjoyed seeing everyone!

Brinkleys #3 Birthday!

Well on Wednesday my baby girl turned 3! That's so crazy to me... it has gone so fast! We had a great day, she woke up at 5 in the morning and came in and asked if it was her birthday. So she was way excited, I told her she had to go back to bed for a little bit.

We did her party in the afternoon, because it worked better for Jim, he had a lot going on the night. This was the first party we have had in Arizona and it was a lot different than the birthdays in the past.

We have always lived by lots of cousins, and my sister comes down a lot for the birthdays. So we really missed Macie, Mandi, Rachel, Kylah, and "the Boys" (Jenny's 4 boys).
We were really glad that we at least lived close to Kari's family, her four kids and Jake's friend were the only kids at the party.

Aunt Sandra came a little later to celebrate in the fun too! Well she openend here presants, and he had cake and ice cream and then the kids just played.

She got a pony house that has baby pony's to take care of, and a CD player, play computer, and hair stuff.
She is my girly girl! She has been blow drying her hair and taking care of her babies, and she loved every second of it. Afterward we went swimming at Kari's with the kids, she was very stubborn about having to go to Kari's afterwords, so it was her day and we went. Happy Birthday Brinkley we sure love you and enjoy all the fun you bring to our family!

Memorial Day Weekend

Well we had a great memorial day weekend. We decided to get out of the heat and head to Payson. We stopped and had a picnic by the park with our girls and after lunch we feed the ducks our leftovers. Then Kari decided that she and her kids wanted to come up and hang out with us. So they met us in Payson, and then we drove up higher in the mountains, because Jim wanted to scout out camping and fishing spots. We drove another hour till we hit a place that we could fish. So we stopped and let the kids fish for a bit. It was getting cold so we built a tiny fire so they could roast marsh mellows! It was a fun day! Lots of driving, but worth the adventure. It got kind of interesting when Kari told us that she was almost to empty and we still had to get off the mountain. We had to stop and buy some gas off of a family camping .... LOL so we could make it back! The girls have been wanting to go fishing for weeks though, so they loved it!

Kylee's last day of school

Well we have reached another milestone in our lives. Kylee is offically done with preschool. Crazy huh. Next year she will be going to kindergarten and Brinkley will be in preschool. Well Kylee had a great school year! It was kind of crazy for her, the poor girl went to three different schools this year with how much we have moved.

She started in Enterprise, and then went 3 months in St. George and then finished here in Queen Creek.

Here in Arizona her teacher was Ms. Klein and Ms. Jessica. They had a really fun class room and she has learned so much just in the 3 months of going here to Cortina.
Well now I have to figure out how to keep them busy all summer! Oh well I am excited for her to move on and she is too. Here comes summer! LOTS of swimming!

Carrie Underwood Concert!

Well we had a great weekend! We have been talking about trying to go to a concert the last couple of weeks. We just celebrated our 6 wedding anniversary on May 1st and we wanted to do something fun. Ever since we have been married I have given my husband a hard time, because he loves music and has never been to a concert! Which is just crazy I know!

So my sister in law Kari tells me that Carrie Underwood is coming to Phoenix. So Saturday I got on the internet looking for the date and tickets. Well the concert was scheduled for October like 12th, which would no way work for me cause I would have a new baby by then.
So I am looking at her tour and she is playing in Tucscan on May 15th and I'm looking at that date, and I'm like hey that't tonight! So i text Jim thinking nothing of it and he is like let's go!

I look at tickets and their is only 2 available and they are on the floor! So we are excited and we buy our tickted. Then like an hour before we were supposed to leave I checked the same website, cause my sister in law Kari and her husband Ed really wanted to go. 2 other tickets came available and they were on the front row! Sow we got there and the event center wasn't huge and there were tons of extra seats. So Jim and I sat next to them on the fron row and never got booted out! It was crazy fun! I can't believe how close we were!
Her opening acts were Sons of Syliva and Craig Morgan. They were both great Entertainers! Craig Morgan jumped down in the crowd and this is Kari and I giving him the hi five! Then Carrie performed she had about 10 different outfits and at one point road around the air in a old truck singing in the back! It was just a fun night and a great performance!

I think my husband is going to be ruined for now on front row seats on his first concert! Crazy I know! What a great time we all had! This picture of Carrie we took and she was like 5 feet away!

Happy Easter!

Well We had a very active Easter! Jenny, Mom and her boys flew in for easter. Holly and her family also drove down, to celebrate with us! So we had 9 kids 9 and under and all three of us sisters are expecting! That's a the first time we have all been pregnant at the same time. So we had quite the adventure, we had the egg coloring on the back patio, and than later that weekend the kids all did and easter egg hunt in my back yard. These are a few of the photos during those activites. I am going to post a couple different postings with each activity of that weekend, because we went and did so many different fun things! The Ostrich Festival

Well we had our first adventure here in Arizona. My sister in law Julie had my other sister in law Kari's kids for the day and we decided to take them to the Ostrich festival in Chandler. Jim had to work so he wasn't able to go. So Julie and I took the 5 kids to the festival. It was fun, it's called the Ostrich festival because they have Jockies that ride ostriches and they actually race. We just saw the ostriches and not the races. They also had an exhibit where they had different monkeys, and a petting zoo where the kids fed the animals. Then we found a zip line that the kids did a couple of times, they would land on air mattresses, Brinkley even did it the last time, but I didn't get a picture. It was funny to see her hanging on, she was so little when she dropped everyone was laughing and clapping for her. Of course she loved it, she came back laughing and gave my a high five. They also got to play in a huge dinasaur bounce house, and watch dogs jump off a dock into a swimming pool. We were there for quite some time, it was a fun day. Julie also had her grand baby Kianya who was a great sport for such a long day! We ended the day with a ride on the ferris wheel! Brinkley was to short to go, she rode the merry go round. So we had a great view of the whole park. My kids had a great time with Cole and Karli. It was fun to still have cousins for them to be with!

Well it seems like every time I haven't updated my blog it's because we are moving and we don't have the internet connected!
Well I don't know how many of you know, but yes we just moved again!
We sold our house 4 months again and had moved back to St. George, but we knew we weren't going to be there long.
So we just moved to Gilbert Arizona! Yep it's been a big change! I have never lived outside of Utah before, and ever since I went to College and got married we have basically been in
St. George, Ut. So it is going to be quite and adventure, especially to go to a big city like Phoenix. Well we started loading our Uhaul and were planning on making in one big trip. It didn't work out that way. The 1st and 2nd Uhaul were both loaded and packed so good we couln't have fit one more thing in them.
A big thanks go out to our brother in laws and their families for all their help with the move. Jim has the best brothers that are always willing to help. There's no way we could have done it with out them!
This is the uhaul getting loaded the first time. Jim drove it the first time with his brothers Jerry and Joe and then came back and filled it and drove again. Meanwhile I loaded up my girls and the go cart in the truck and passed Jim going the opposite
direction and went to start getting what I could organized and unpacked. It was quite the ordeal, but we are here and unpacked and it's going good!

The night before we left we had a goodbye party at Joe and Christi's house. It was a fun, but bitter sweet party. We are really close with all the different families there and will love and miss all of them!!!
This is a picture of everyone and than one of the small cousins. Kylee and Brinkley will miss their cousins. They have already said hey Mom lets go to Macie and Mandi's house or Rachels house, so we have already started to miss them.
We have been blessed already to live so close to Jim's sister Kari and her kids. The girls have already gotten to play and at least still live by some cousins. Anyways we are excited for our future and what lies ahead in our lives. We are grateful for all the family we are leaving behind and will truly love and miss them! Thanks for all your help we really appreciate it!

Funny Girls!

Well all last week we were with my Mom and Dad at their house.

Jim had to go to Salt Lake so we stayed with my parents.
I forgot my camera or I would of had some great pictures!
The girls had a great time playing in the snow... something we
don't see a lot of here.

I met up with Kara and Meagan in Layton and had a great time visiting at lunch
with them. If was fun to see them. I didn't get to see anyone at Christmas this year so it was good to catch up.

Then Jenny and I were feeling adventurous and we decided to take our 6 kids to the Circus! With just the two of us, we had a great time the kids loved the animals and the show so yes
it was worth it after all. These are funny pictures of the girls. When we got back Jim had brought back these things for them. So of course they had to try everything on.
Oh and the next day they tried the goggles out in the jacuzzi tub to see if the could swim and see under water.

I thought this one of the princess fairies was cute! What fun girls we have!

Jim's Birthday!

Well this is the posting that I have been thinking about all week!
Jim celebrated his 33rd birthday last week.

It was a crazy week so we celebrated it early, and he was going to be out of town on his real birthday!

So at the last moment we decided to go to Pirates Pizza, it's pretty cool. It has a ship and the whole setting is pirates. Then they have a place for archades and I slide for the kids.
Of course Jim is playing with the kids too! Then we came home and he opened his presents. He had been wanting a Blue ray player. So the girls helped him open his presents. It was fun and they were so excited that it was Daddy's birthday! We hope you had a great day and we love Jim!

Well as you know we are always a step behind on getting our pcitures
and events posted on our blog.

I actually forgot that I had taken these pictures, so I thought what the heck
I 'll stick them on anyways!

We celebrated our new years at Jim's brother Jerry's house. They had games
and Guitar Hero, so we had a pretty good night.

The kids each celebrated in their own way, Kylee played and played with her cousins
till she was exhausted. She actually made it to midnight ... I wondered we go to bed
early at our house.

Brinkley made it to about 10 and then was asleep on Dad's shoulder, she celebrated the
rest of the night in Lisa's bed. So hope everyone has a great year in store! Happy New Year!

Late Christmas!

Well we had a great Christmas this year! We went up to my Mom and Dad's and
celebrated it with the family!
Jim has decided that he wants to learn how to Golf, he has a little in the past with my Dad
and enjoys the challange and wanted clubs for Christmas!

Kylee has been asking every Santa she sees for the whole month for a Woody doll from Toy Story!

She was a good girl and got what she wanted!

Brinkley asked santa for dress ups, so she got a princess trunk and other playdo
activity things!

I had been wanting a Cricut for scrapbooking, and I was so excited when I got one!

We had a great time at Mom and Dad's, the boys went snowmobiling and hunting, and we had a couples night to Timbermine and the movies! It was so much fun to hang out with my sisters and Casey and all our extened family that we don't see very often!

Getting Christmas Trees

Well we had a great Thanksgiving full of craziness and activites.
Jims sister Kari and her family was in town and we rode four wheelers
and did Christmas shopping and had a great time.
So we hadn't done any christmas shopping or decorating.

Jim came home from work early on Monday and said lets go cut us down a
Christmas tree!

So I got all our snow things and we headed up to Cedar Mountain.

Usually we go with all the Wests to cut down Christmas trees and it takes a whole day,
but everyone did their own things this year. So for the first time it was just our little family.

We got all dressed up and within about 5 mins boots were falling off and mittens and needless to say it didn't last very long.

Of couse my husband decides to cut down one of the biggest trees to choose from. It was close to 50 feet high the trunk was as big as his head!
Timber then once it was down he cut it down to about 12 feet so we could fit it in our house.

We stopped to get food on the way back, and the got in the the stand and fully decorated by midnight! Wow we thought that was pretty dany fast, considering we didn't even leave St. George till 3 in the afternoon. Jim does have good tastes though, cause our tree looks great!

Here is it standing. but its so tall it blends in with the rest of the forest! We had a great time and this is one of my favorite West traditions! I will have to put one on later of the final product!

Late Halloween pics

Happy late halloween!
Well we had a great year this year.
We had the West traditional halloween party, that all of us girls
dressed up as princesses for.
Jim was supposed to be Prince Charming, but I didn't get
his costume done, so he went as Prince Charming in the casual.

The girls had a lot of fun at this party and on Halloween.
They did a fishing pond here, and coloring pages, so they had a
great time with all the cousins!

For Halloween we had a different party at Jerry and Lisa's
Jim' brother's house and we went trick or treating in their neighborhood, all of the cousins together. So it was a fun week!

St. George again!

Well our lives have been way crazy!
We recently moved back to St. George from Enterprise, about 3 weeks ago.

We had talked about moving back, but oh wait we have a house that we need to sell before we can move.
So we were talking one day about a new pharmisist in town that was needing to buy a house, so Jim called him up and told him he could come check out ours.
Within 2 days we had signed papers and they wanted our house. The only question was "How fast can you be out?" We are so grateful to have sold our house and be able to be back in St. George. So we have been packing like crazy and getting everything ready to move. We have been in this house for 3 weeks and things are settling down, and we actually have a few things up on our walls even.

Well we enjoyed our time in Enterprise while we were there and we will miss the small community and the great friends that we made.

I do have to say that it is so much eaiser living close to everything, anyways here are my adorable girls
eating their breakfast and lunches on boxes! They were great while we were doing everything.
They are excited to be closer to some of their cousins.

Helping us load up the toys! The girls love to go for rides and have fun out doors, great time to be going to St. George hold on to that warm weather just a little longer!

Well last Tuesday September 1st was Kylee's birthday!
I can't believe she is 4 years old already. Well we had a great week.
Grandma and Grandpa Miller came down the weekend before to celebrate!
Then on her real birthday we had a party with cousins and friends.

We had a princess party, so we had games, and disney music,
and gifts and cake and ice cream!
Kylee is the last one of the summer to have her party so she has been asking for
weeks is today my birthday?

Kylee first day of Preschool!

Kylee's first day of preschool!
Well school has started again. Ky had her first
day of school on Monday. She was so excited!
She started half way through last year, and this
year she has the same teacher so she walked right
in and new what to expect. She did change times, though
so she has new kids in her class.

Bear Lake July- Aug

We had our family Miller reunion at Bear Lake, the first weekend of August.
We stayed at my great uncle Lee's cabin. We had a great time, we could walk out
to the beach and go swimming. My Dad brought up his boat, so we could go boating.
The kids played for hours in the sand and water! Thanks Grandma we had a fun weekend and it was so good to be with all our my extended family!

Lance and Melissa Wedding

My cousin Lance got married on wednesday July 29th!
We are so happy for them!
They had a beautiful day great day at the temple. luncheon
and the reception was in Mark and Jeanie's backyard.
It was really well done and just beautiful! Congratulations!

Well I love the 24th in Enterprise, because they have the same
festivities that I grew up with in Ogden!
We had a parade in the morning, it was a big event!
Cousin Kylah and Brinkley gathered candy from the floates and they went by.

Brinkley is eating the candy, great picture huh! I only got three
before my battery died, so I had to use it.

Kylee had her big day for her first time in a parade!
She is taking dance this fall and her dance company marched
and danced in the parade! She made it all the way through, even
with the dancing! I wondered if she could really walk that far... the bigger girls
were pulling her along by the end. She sure had a great time though!
In the evening we went to the Rodeo here in Enterprise, but no pictures... sorry!

23rd of July fishing

Well Jim has been wanting to take the girls fishing all summer. Oh wait we have gone a bunch all summer and he is the only one that catches anything. So he wanted to take the girls to where he knew for sure they would catch one on their own. We drove about 2 1/2 hours NE of Enterprise out in the middle of no where. To oh wait a tiny little moss pond. You had to be careful if we cast to far it would hit the shore on the other side. So anyways we get there and Kylee casts in, she says "Hey Mom I got a fish," I look at her line and it's not moving, so she starts realing in and all of the sudden a fish comes flying out of the water. She's yelling "DAD I have a fish, I have a Fish!" It was so funny. Then Brinkley caught one with her Barbie pole, it was the biggest fish of the day. Kylee caught 4, Brinkley caught 2, Jim and I each caught 1 all in 30 mins. Then they were done. We cooked some hot dogs, and went exploring in the go cart! It was a great day trip!

Wow I can't believe how fast July went! Well since I have not updated
anything for july it thought I would. This was the 4 th of July! We had a great
time, we always go to St. George in the Sun Bowl for fireworks. It is so hot here
they don't start until 10 PM. The girls loved the fireworks of course!
I love coming here because they always do
a really nice combination of music along
with the fireworks!

Brinkley's Birthday #2

Well this weekend my Dad, Mom, brother Casey,
and my sister Jenny and her family came down to
celebrate Brinkley's #2 birthday! She turned 2 on Tuesday
June 9th, but because everyone came from out of town we
celebrated it on Saturday.
Before her birthday Grandma took all the kids to
the big water park in Washington so this picture is all six
kids in Jenny's suburban, We thought it was worth taking a picture!
Brinkley got a cozy coupe car... I think she liked it! Look at that cheezy face!

She had lots of help opening her presants, we had 10 cousins total
counting both sides. So it was quite the party, and she got
lots of other fun things from her cousins, and grandparents.
She even blew out her candles all by herself!
We had lots of fun. Thanks to everyone for the presants and for coming!
We had a great weekend! Happy birthday Brinkley!

Blog in style

Well I have to tell you I am so excited that I have a cute blog. I would look at everyone else blogs and think hey how did they get there's so cute! Well after a long night of a blog make over, I think it turned out pretty good. So I hope you enjoy it cause it was worth it. Well the last couple of weeks we have been trying to put our backyard in.
Jim has been working hard and got all the springler lines ran and done.
We only had one accident of me running it over already with the 4-wheeler and breaking one.
Sorry that makes for even more work.
We borrowed our neighbors tractor
to level out the lawn, and the girls thought that was cool!
So after we leveled it with the tractor,
we pulled a screen around behind the 4-wheeler and made it even smoother.
I thought it would be fun to take a before and after picture.
Dirt..... Grass! It's funny how grass just makes it look better.
We had a ton of grass though. 12 pallets of grass, and over 7,000 sq. feet.
So we were out there yesterday all day, but it was worth it.
Good thing we have great nephews Randy and Jason
who came and helped us
all day long!

Today was Kylee's last day
of preschool. They have been
learning about indians.
So they had and indian pow pow.
They danced around the camp fire,
and had a party of popcorn and cornbread.
Over the past couple of weeks they have
been making all of the different parts
of their indian outfits. She even has a papoose.
Brinkley and I got to go and watch
and enjoy the food.

We had a great easter weekend.
Jenny, Boyd and their kids came down to visit.
Jim also was able to make a suprise
visit home, so that was unexcpected, and great.
Jim took us out fishing at the resevoir, and brought the 4-wheeler. All the kids loved it.

Then we had the Enterprise yearly,
easter egg hunt. It started early and
we missed most of it, but the girls
still had fun.

This is Easter morning after the easter bunny came,
we had an eventful morning, and of course
eating lots of candy!

This was an Easter egg hunt in Jerry and Lisa's back yard.
Kylee just woke up and was screaming and did her own later on.
So Brinkley and the rest of the kids, hunted their eggs first.

Snow Day

Now that we are in Enterprise we actually get snow. It has been a big adjustment from warm sunny St. George.
We have had quite a few big storms.
The girls have had a great time playing in it.

Riding in the Desert

A couple of Saturdays ago when Jim was home, we took the 4-wheeler and go cart down to the Desert in St. George with Jim's sister's family. We had a great time, Jason, Randy, and Tyler did jumps and tricks on their dirt bikes. Yeah Jim was jealous he left his home, that was probably a good thing keep his competitive spirit in tact. We had a great time, we went for a good ride and then had some lunch and went out a little more. The girls love the 4-wheelers, and would laugh and tell us to go faster. It was a great Saturday!

Finally a Blog!

So my friends and family have been trying to get me to do a blog for oh a LONG time now, and I finally did.(Meagan this is for you!) No I have wanted to create a blog, but just haven't so now everyone else needs to resend me theirs so I can have a list of contacts.
Jim and I have been married for 5 wonderful, but fast years. We have move several times, around St. George. Jim has worked in construction for a long time and owns his Contracting company. That is mainly why we have moved a lot, we have built three houses, and have lived in our third one in Enterprise for a year now. I have worked in the Dental field, for several years, but became a full time Mom when Kylee was born. With Construction slowing down, my husband has partially relocated to Rock Springs, WY to work for a company called Halliburton. He will commute back and forth 2 weeks on 1 week off. So that has been a huge change for us.
